My dreaded color palatte…

One of the first questions I am asked when I tell people I am getting married is…”what are your colors?”  And since I haven’t had the vision of what my wedding should look like my whole life, I have no idea what to respond when asked that question!!!  To be quite frank… I’m starting to feel the pressure to pick out our “color palatte” so to speak.

The problem is:  I love lots of color combinations…. Blue with a blush pink and white…. Black and white….purple with cream and bright orange… lavender with pink and orange…black red and white… there’s so many amazing color combos to pick from and I feel like the wrong choice could totally throw off the whole vibe of the wedding! And I sure as heck don't want that!!!

While I do love lots of color combos… there are a couple that I am definitely leaning towards…

There is something on our wedding to do list that we have been majorly procrastinating… the REGISTRY.  First, we don’t know where to register  second, we don’t know what to register for!  We have most everything we need … you know… the usual stuff peeps register for… plates and silverware and what not… so what the heck do we actually register for? 

We have heard about this honeymoon registry thingy where you basically ask for different things on your honeymoon ie: an upgrade on plane tickets; a nice dinner out on the town; your hotel room; etc.  But, now I am hearing that people think that is kinda cheesy.  I was kinda digging that idea but now I don’t know!!!

I also feel strange asking for stuff it’s kinda awkward. I suppose we could use some sheets for the guest room… and maybe new towels… how boring.  I mean let me throw this out there… is there something that you registered for that you can’t live without now???  I would LOVE to know!!!
